Sometimes You Just Need a Cup of Coffee

Some things in life you just can not change.  There are people that are going to say things about you that are very rude and hurtful. There is nothing that we can do to change those type of people, we just have to sip on a cup of coffee and read our Bible. To me sitting down with a cup of coffee and reading my Bible is the only com fort that my mind can find.  Not to get technical, but the Book of Psalm are some of my favorite poems ever written.
You may disagree, but Job really knew what it was like to loose everything.  He was alone when he needed his friends the most.  No one was to be found when trouble was involved and all the money was gone.  If we are not on the top of the ladder or have the most cars people tend to look down on us more than someone who has toys to share.
In my opinion it is sad, when people can not look past a disability for just a minute or two.  God will never put anyone higher than the other.  He sees everyone the same and is no judger of persons.  I have to remind myself of that by reading about Job and how he had to go through depression alone.  All he really wanted was a friend with some soothing words.  It is a shame that we can not trust anyone with our troubles anymore. We must be really careful about who we tell secrets to because not everyone really cares.
That is a lesson that I have learned so many times in the past. Sometimes it is better to brew a cup of your favorite coffee and read some poetry or a good Inspirational book of your choice.  That is one of the best things that has ever helped me.  I like to read outside with my dog or at the park or put on some pictures of nature as a background to add to the relaxation.
Again, there is no better way to relax than to read about what God has done for us and reflect on good and uplifting things.  God does not want us to be sad but sometimes we are the only ones who can lift ourselves out of the mud.  God gives us trials once in a while just to see how much we really want to  worship Him, but we must do our part on a daily basis.  So go grab a cup of coffee, a good inspirational book and find yourself living closer to Him everyday. #22q#beblessed

Review Time!

I love getting products like these in exchange for an honest review!!! I just got a new iphone6s and these cords work perfectly.  As you see, I received three lightning cables in the mail to charge my iPhone 6s. I am going to leave one in my car and one near my wall charger. I am going to give the other cable to my mom as she has an iPhone 6 Plus.  These cables are great and worth the money because there are not just one but three cords included in the package. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00U0Q0IP6

Ten Ways I Stay Motivated

1.  Start the day with prayer or meditation. 2. Brew a good cup of coffee. 3.  Go over my list of goals. 4.  Set new goals ones the old ones are accomplished. 5.  Listen to motivational podcasts or youtube videos. 6.  Read biographies of people who have survived cancer or some amazing trauma.  This helps to remind me that no problem is too big for God. 7.  I try to look in the mirror and say affirmations every morning.  Some of these affirmations are the same ones and some are different.  8. Try to keep a good, constant routine. 9.  Write or draw in my journal. 10.  Reward myself for accomplishments.  After all, you deserve it. Hope you have a wonderful week !!

Keeping a Positive Outlook

There is nothing more depressing than a person who is always negative. It seems so hard to contain a positive outlook on life. Writing is a way for me to relax and reflect on Gods many mercies and wonderful things that He has in store for my future. I try to stay away from Negative Nancy" as they say and surround myself with people who have the same interests as I do.   If at all possible, I would like to encourage others along the way as well. Everyone has their hurdles to jump, no matter how tall they might seem.  Until you have walked in someone else's shoes, do not judge them.    Someone else's battles may seem small to someone from a far distance when in reality the certain difficulty might be a lot strenuous than it seems. That person just may know how to smile through their tears better than just rolling in them all day long.  I know some people that do not look handicap at all because the handicap is not visible to the naked eye but they need...
