Motivational Monday

There were a few things that were motivational to me today.  First, finding out that my dog really does love me.  He has been barking exvessively for the past two weeks.  He was trying to tell me that there was a sick dog in the neighborhood and that I should be ware.  Gotta love your animals, right?
What else was motivational?  Getting a little eight week old hyper active kitty to actually sit on my lap for an hour and a half.  I loved today!  I was in such  a good mood and nothing got in my way.  They say animals know when their masters do not feel well.  Today is a testimony to that thought.

I Taught My Cat To Clean My Room

I taught my cat to clean my room,
to use a bucket, brush and broom,
to dust my clock and picture frames,
and pick up all my toys and games.

He puts my pants and shirts away,
and makes my bed, and I would say
it seems to me it's only fair
he puts away my underwear.

In fact, I think he's got it made.
I'm not as happy with our trade.
He may pick up my shoes and socks,
but I clean out his litterbox.

Terrific Tuesday

2 Peter 1King James Version (KJV) 1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: 2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall n...

Terrific Tuesday

The Priority Principal Priority according to dictionary.com  means  the right to take precedence in obtaining certain supplies, services, facilities, etc., especially during a shortage. In life, we all must set priorities.  Not only must we set priorities, we must decide which priorities" will help us succeed.  Making lists help me tackle tasks but they also help me visualize my priorities. “A morning-glory at my window satisfies me more than the metaphysics of books.” ― Walt Whitman Establish a base point and determine what your strengths and weaknesses are.  Don't compare to others,  God gave us each a special" light to shine....we need to shine it. Once picking the top priorites,  keep your focus on those priorites and the others will fall in place. Age doesn't matter here, but, according to Nature, we each get older every day, so learning to set priorites when we are young will make a difference on ...
