1. Start the day with prayer or meditation.
2. Brew a good cup of coffee.
3. Go over my list of goals.
4. Set new goals ones the old ones are accomplished.
5. Listen to motivational podcasts or youtube videos.
6. Read biographies of people who have survived cancer or some amazing trauma. This helps to remind me that no problem is too big for God.
7. I try to look in the mirror and say affirmations every morning. Some of these affirmations are the same ones and some are different.
8. Try to keep a good, constant routine.
9. Write or draw in my journal.
10. Reward myself for accomplishments. After all, you deserve it.
