Acid Refux and Apple Cider Vinegar

      As you get older, certain health problems become more noticeable.  Things like bones hurting more often, you get tired more easy, and for me, acid reflux.  Now, I am no doctor, bur like anyone else, I've had my share of problems.  Home remedies sometimes work better than over the counter medicines.  Apple Cider Vinegar is one item that I have found to have more than one purpose.  One can use Apple Cider Vinegar for household cleaning, but it also is  a good health aid as well. Apple Cider Vinegar is said to help aid the digestive system in many ways.       Most people that I have seen like to use a product called "Bragg," Apple Cider Vinegar. They say to make sure it is raw and unfiltered.          Sometimes all some people can do is produce negativity. There is nothing worse than someone who refuses to have a positive outlook on life. That's what my blog is centered around, trying to avoid those negative people and start surrounding yourself with people who have the same goals as you do.  Finding friends that have the same goals and same values as you do is very important.  No one deserves to be alone and no one deserves to be put down all the time.  God put us on Earth to be happy and that is what we need to achieve.            The Devil will always try to put obstacles in our way. In the end, however, He knows that God has already won the battle. If the Devil didn't try to defeat me, I'd be worried because then He would have won.
