Ten Ways I Stay Motivated

1.  Start the day with prayer or meditation.
2. Brew a good cup of coffee.
3.  Go over my list of goals.
4.  Set new goals ones the old ones are accomplished.
5.  Listen to motivational podcasts or youtube videos.
6.  Read biographies of people who have survived cancer or some amazing trauma.  This helps to remind me that no problem is too big for God.
7.  I try to look in the mirror and say affirmations every morning.  Some of these affirmations are the same ones and some are different.
8. Try to keep a good, constant routine.
9.  Write or draw in my journal.
10.  Reward myself for accomplishments.  After all, you deserve it.

Hope you have a wonderful week !!

Saturday Review Time

Saturday DIY's are far and few between but when I find something neat, I like to share it with others. So here ya go! I love these watercolor pens!

Fantastic Friday

Psalm46 1-5

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
Prayer--Lord, though the mountains be carried into the Sea, help me not be afraid. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Thoughtful Thursday

Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me. Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause. Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths. Psalm 25:1-4 Prayer - Lord, help me not to be ashamed to share the Gospel with those who need to hear it. Please keep my enemies far from me and help me always be aware. In Jesus Name, Amen.<\p>

Wonderful Wednesday

It's been a while since I posted any pictures or media files so, I thought I share something neat I really never feel any older just that more grateful to be alive. On saying that, I try to be as frugal as possible, and purchase things we actually use as that's what I was taught as a kid. My husband and I have been cooking more at home lately so I have been looking for neat little gadgets to have around in the kitchen. I like to make things as simple as possible and I also like to be able to clean the gadgets as well as put the away easily.This grilling mat is a neat way to save space in your kitchen. It is a wonderful thing to have and I don't know how I lived without it. We like to bake and also use the grill. This is washable and easy to put away when you don't have much space. It is flexible and you can roll it up or store it flat. Either way, this is a great item to have! This is another item that I wish my husband and I had had when we first got married. …

Teriffic Tuesday

Psalm 121King James Version (KJV)
121 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.

3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.

6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
King James Version (KJV) Public Domain Prayer- Lord, help me to always look upwards to you before I make any decisions on my own. I can't do anything on my own, I always need strength and guidance. I know that you will preserve me from all evil and my foot steps from going astray. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Motivational Monday

The Road Not Taken Robert Frost (1874–1963)TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Fantastic Friday

Page Title Medication means different things to different people. To me, meditation means clearing your mind of stressful things like work, things that annoy you, and things that you just can't stand. I found some meditation aps I think you might enjoy.... "">">""> I have this one on my phone and love it ! I will review these on my youtube channel along with this blog.First and foremost thought, living a stress free life is up to us. No one else can make us happy. No one else can get rid of things that annoy us. God can give us ideas and steer us in the right directions, but only we can live stress free. In saying that hope everyone has a wonderful, stress free, weekend. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14
