57 Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast. 2 I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me. 3 He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth. 4 My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword. 5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; let thy glory be above all the earth.

Ten Ways I Stay Motivated

1. Start the day with prayer or meditation. 2. Brew a good cup of coffee. 3. Go over my list of goals. 4. Set new goals ones the old ones are accomplished. 5. Listen to motivational podcasts or youtube videos. 6. Read biographies of people who have survived cancer or some amazing trauma. This helps to remind me that no problem is too big for God. 7. I try to look in the mirror and say affirmations every morning. Some of these affirmations are the same ones and some are different. 8. Try to keep a good, constant routine. 9. Write or draw in my journal. 10. Reward myself for accomplishments. After all, you deserve it. Hope you have a wonderful week !!
