Wonderful Wednesday

<h1> Hebrews 12:12-15<h1/>

<p>12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;


13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.


14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:


15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled.<p/>

<p> Prayer-- Lord,  help me be thankful in every situation.  Help me look and treat everyone as You would during this Holiday Season.  In Jesus Name, Amen.</p>

Ten Ways I Stay Motivated

1.  Start the day with prayer or meditation. 2. Brew a good cup of coffee. 3.  Go over my list of goals. 4.  Set new goals ones the old ones are accomplished. 5.  Listen to motivational podcasts or youtube videos. 6.  Read biographies of people who have survived cancer or some amazing trauma.  This helps to remind me that no problem is too big for God. 7.  I try to look in the mirror and say affirmations every morning.  Some of these affirmations are the same ones and some are different.  8. Try to keep a good, constant routine. 9.  Write or draw in my journal. 10.  Reward myself for accomplishments.  After all, you deserve it. Hope you have a wonderful week !!
