Thoughtful Thursday

Psalm 119King James Version (KJV) 119 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord. 2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. 3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways. 4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently. 5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes! 6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments. 7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments. 8 I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

Sometimes we feel like God has left us but in truth, He will always be there for us. When are friends" turn their heads and act like we aren't there, God sees that. He takes everything in to account. He counts our tears and always hears our prayers. Our prayers don't have to be something beautifully written down on a piece of paper. He hears us even if we can't find the words to say. Psalm 119 reminds us that if we are diligent, God will direct our paths. He knows our plans before we even set down to schedule them. He made us and made us each for a certain purpose. Don't dismay when we can't have or do everything like your friends. God has a specific Identify for each of us and a certain light that we only can shine.

Prayer-- Lord, help my ways be directed to keep thy precepts diligently. Help me resepect thy commandments in all that I say and do. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

1. Start the day with prayer or meditation. 2. Brew a good cup of coffee. 3. Go over my list of goals. 4. Set new goals ones the old ones are accomplished. 5. Listen to motivational podcasts or youtube videos. 6. Read biographies of people who have survived cancer or some amazing trauma. This helps to remind me that no problem is too big for God. 7. I try to look in the mirror and say affirmations every morning. Some of these affirmations are the same ones and some are different. 8. Try to keep a good, constant routine. 9.
