"think about your thoughts"

There are so many articles written on judging others but I don't think the subject can be reiterated enough. People don't think before they say the words that are jumbling around in their heads. Everyone have emotions no matter who they are. It's not enough that media emphasizes bullying but will it ever be stopped?
Please think before you speak your thoughts out loud.Even if you are just talking under your breath, people could still be offended.  I know some people that have said some hurtful words about me thinking I couldn't hear them, but I really did. However, I didn't confront the person about it cause it was no use. I was taught not to stoop down to the bullies level. I've had a hard time in life, but not like some others.
The regular human being has feelings not matter who they are. If you are hosting a yard sale, for example, you shouldn't whisper behind the customers back when they turn away and walk to their car. It's not polite and actually very rude. I've had this happen to me. I've even had all kinds of comments mentions when people thought" I couldn't hear.  That's not very professional. However, what am I doing here? Talking about people who do this.
Words hurt. I've realized the ones that talk the most have usually been hurt somewhere down the road themselves. I know people are gonna talk, but please be respectful. No one likes to be talked about, or whispered about unless it is good.  I can't say that a enough. It seems like that I've had more rude comments as an adult than I did as a youth. The endless nonsense and gossip has to be stopped somewhere along the road. Will it be you?

Terrific Tuesday

2 Peter 1King James Version (KJV) 1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: 2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall n...

Fantastic Friday

“To make this as simple as possible, let me say it this way: justification is all about Jesus. Jesus’ work, not our works, saves us. Jesus’ life, not our own life, is our hope. Jesus’ death, not our religious works, is our payment. Jesus alone forgives sin. So, we’re to repent of our sin to Jesus. Jesus alone gives righteousness. So we trust in Jesus for our justification. Our justification is not accomplished in any part by our own work, morality, or religious devotion. Justification is accomplished by Jesus plus nothing, and Jesus plus anything ruins everything.”   Mark Driscoll “Sometimes we’re so focused on our desired blessings that we fail to stop and thank God by remembering the blessings we already have in Christ .” Mark Driscoll    Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 1 John 3:1 Prayer-- Lord, help me realize that the World d...

Ten Ways I Stay Motivated

1.  Start the day with prayer or meditation. 2. Brew a good cup of coffee. 3.  Go over my list of goals. 4.  Set new goals ones the old ones are accomplished. 5.  Listen to motivational podcasts or youtube videos. 6.  Read biographies of people who have survived cancer or some amazing trauma.  This helps to remind me that no problem is too big for God. 7.  I try to look in the mirror and say affirmations every morning.  Some of these affirmations are the same ones and some are different.  8. Try to keep a good, constant routine. 9.  Write or draw in my journal. 10.  Reward myself for accomplishments.  After all, you deserve it. Hope you have a wonderful week !!
