Exercise Your Gifts !

Sometimes the Devil will try to tell you that Your gifts are not important. He will try to emphasize that other people are better or more popular than you.  In reality, analytics do not matter to God.  He does not need you but created you for His glory and if we do not exercise our gifts He will take them away from us completely.  It does not matter if someone likes or dislike your music or song, what matters is God's approval.  He created us and all other things for praising Him.  I know its been said before but if we do not obey Gods calling, the rocks will cry out and we in turn will miss a blessing that was meant to be ours.
Obeying God is something we, personally have to be able and willing to do on our own.  No one else is fitted to receive the blessing God created for you as an individual.  It is hard to keep in mind sometimes, but we were created to Worship God, not to gain achievements for ourselves.  If we press to always be like Jesus, then we are fulfilling God's plan in a way that we could not ever imagine.
It seems like lots of people are discouraged but are they trying to accomplish their own goals or what God has planned for them?  That is a question we must ask ourselves when trying to edify God's church.  It does not matter what denomination you serve in, your actions must glorify God to your fullest potential.  It is only then that God will be glorified.  So we must exercise our faith and be willing to look past our fears, if we don't use the gifts God has given us, He will surely take them away.

Terrific Tuesday

2 Peter 1King James Version (KJV) 1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: 2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall n...

Thoughtful Thursday

If God Be For Us 31 What then shall we say to this? If God is for us, who is against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, will he not also give us all things with him? 33 Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies; 34 who is to condemn? Is it Christ Jesus, who died, yes, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who indeed intercedes for us?[e] 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, “For thy sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.” 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am sure that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from...
